Las Lagunas really has a lot going for it. To start with it’s well positioned for visiting Mayan ruins and then it’s surrounded by 300 hectares.

There’s so much mystery to how the Mayans lived that I’ve always been fascinated by their empire, especially its fall.

Lake Atitlan looks unbelievably serene. It has to be the most relaxing of places to unwind. Swimming in that lake must be one of the best ways of de stressing.

Got to admit that Guatemala wasn’t even on my radar until. I read this. The views are out of this world.
