Belize is wonderful!
It is wedged between Guatemala and Mexico on the Caribbean.

I don’t exactly know where Belize is and I’d never thought of it as a travel destination. Anywhere offering chocolate making sessions has to be in with a chance of a visit from me.

We’re getting very interested in a trip to Costa Rica there’s so much to do and a great variety of activities too. And working at a wildlife centre would be a really worthwhile thing to do.

As I drink at least 4 coffees a day I’ve often thought that I ought to go and find out more about where my coffee comes from.
