No one had any idea that June 1st was global parents’ day in our household. Just another day of being exhausted parents. Maybe we’ll get to celebrate it next year.

I’d never thought of doing any charity / community work whilst on holiday. After reading this I can see how it adds to the experience of getting away from the everyday routine.

Some really worthwhile projects here. This year has shown that the world’s never going to be perfect but we can all do our little bit to make it a better place.
