There are just too many amazing restaurants in Belgium to fit all in one blog post!
I never realised that Belgium had such an established food scene. It’s years since I’ve been and the last time my wallet probably wasn’t quite suited to Michelin star dining!!! Now that that’s changed, it’s somewhere I’d love to return one day, so that I can slowly work my way through this list :)
I’m planning to go to Belgium very soon so this was super interesting and helpful. I loved michelin star restaurants when i was a meat eater, however, I find being Vegan it makes it quite difficult. Everything is so beautifully presented. I wonder if I called ahead of time they would be able to prepare something for me?
