It was a double celebration for the Swiss resort of Verbier, in particular, picking up not just the World’s Best Ski Resort, but also for being home to the World’s Best Ski Hotel (W Verbier). Switzerland’s LAAX, home to the world’s largest halfpipe, was also named as the World’s Best Freestyle Resort.
