Hello Ian, I do know what you mean regarding high prices in Scandinavia but with the rising cost of living we are catching up. Also, if you eat in cafes rather than restaurants you can get meals at reasonable prices. Booking online is a way to save money and find special offers. I do hope you get there, defintiely a fun place to visit.

The name Bluetooth was orginally given to the prototype while it was being developed but when it was decided this was the most appropriate name permission was sought to use the name – and granted. As you say – a fascinating interaction. It was never established that Harald actually had a blue tooth though.

Very pleased to hear you have been inspired to visit Trapholt Sarah. it is difficult to encaspulate the diversity of this place in a few sentences. I could have stayed there all day, so much to see.

It’s a great place for a family holiday. Not too much traffic and the locals were very welcoming.
