Kempinski really is on a roll. Wasn’t there a post about two new Kempinski properties in Dubai last week?
When you analyse this as an investment it’s a reassuring vote of confidence in Bahrain’s future as a business hub.
Nice positioning so that the Kempinski guests get to use the leisure facilities around the other two towers as well. Sometimes when you’re on business and staying in a hotel it can all become too much of a claustrophobic bubble.
A friend of mine runs a training business and she often uses Bahrain as a venue for events and conventions etc. So I can see where Kempinski’s coming from.
3 billion US dollars? I had no idea that Kempinski were so big.
It will be interesting to see the plans for the interior when they are finalised. Another post with some images would be appreciated.
