B) It was a surprise that prices can be that low. That sort of price with Aegean could give me my first Business flight.

On my travels I’ve found that not all business classes are the same! There are huge variations in the level of service and a couple of the business lounges have been very disappointing.

I think a personal item can be something like a laptop, handbag, etc. I actually took a small rucksack (with a laptop in it) and that was no problem. It was small enough that I could put it in my case if I needed a plan B!

Exactly, Beth! When you consider that you can purchase Business Class with AEGEAN from as little as €461 (and assuming a normal fare is at least €200), it’s easy to justify the extra sum.

Hi Roger – yes, you very much get what you pay for, and in this case that was a number of lovely extras but, perhaps notable, was the time saving we enjoyed on arrival in Athens. From getting off the plane to getting through security, I think it must have only been about 15 minutes on this occasion.

Totally agree, Nick… I like to arrive nice and early when travelling business class to make the most of the lounge. 🙂

I’m guessing that a”personal item” translates in plain English as a laptop. Which of course is essential for most business class flyers using it for business travel.
